Pathways Care Consortium prides itself on the quality of its staff and the training and development opportunities afforded so that each member of staff is supported to develop to their full potential. When it comes to career progression, we always try to adopt a creative approach, responding to people’s aspirations and potential. Apart from the mandatory and other training provided, all staff are given the opportunity to undertake QCF (NVQ) levels 2 and 3 training in Health and Social care with some progressing to level 4 in management. Our aim is to ensure that all staff working within the Consortium achieve QCF diploma (NVQ) level 2 as a minimum standard.

Currently there are over 110 staff employed within the Consortium. When vacancies arise, we advertise locally and ever effort is made to recruit staff from the local community. For senior posts, where possible we promote from within the Consortium thus creating a career development pathway.

If you are enthusiastic, well motivated and would like a career in providing social care for people with learning disabilities, you are the kind of person we would like to recruit. If you would like to be part of a great team, we would like to hear from you.

Please email Leon Dias at leon@pathwayscareconsortium.org.uk for more information.

We look forward to hearing from you.
