Mr John Bolaky – NVQ Level 4 RMA, RMNH

John is a Registered Nurse with many years of experience in community care provision in the NHS as a senior manager. After leaving the NHS, John joined Blossomwood as the co-owner/manager. His vast experience in social care provision and his leadership skills have enabled both service users and staff of Blossomwood to develop as individuals. He is held in high regard by service users and their relatives and enjoys their full confidence.

Ms Phillipa Key- NVQ Level 4 RMA

Phillipa has many years experience, knowledge and skills in providing social care for people with learning disabilities. As the Deputy Manager, Philipa provides sound support and leadership to the staff team. Philipa is very highly thought of by service users, their relatives and others associated with Blossomwood.

Mr Ray Dias – Qualified nurse, B Ed, Cert Ed.

Ray has many years of experience in nursing and nurse education. A pioneer in providing residential social care for people with learning and physical disabilities in Colchester. As the co-owner of Blossomwood, Ray provides support to the management team and acts as a consultant.
