Proprietors of the home have the relevant qualifications and vast experience in Social Care Provision as well as teaching, and will play a key role in the management of the home, setting standards and monitoring quality of service provided by the home.  In order to ensure the highest standards of care for the service users, there is a team of well trained, highly skilled and competent staff providing care over each 24 hour period.  Each person’s individual needs will be carefully considered when deciding and agreeing staff ratios.
