Pathways Care Consortium had developed a sound reputation within North East Essex Social Sservices and the Care Quality Commission for providing high quality services and outcomes.

With this experience and desire to ensure all our own staff receive the best quality and up most up to date training, we have established our own training service. To this end we have appointed the consortium’s own training coordinator/trainer and now offer training opportunities not only to our own staff but also to other care services in the independent sector in Colchester and surrounding areas.

We work closely with other reputable training providers to offer a comprehensive training package to ensure that all staff develop knowledge, skills and attitudes that are essential to meet the changing needs of the service users.

All training is backed up by the trainer’s credentials and in depth course content that will clearly demonstrate to CQC inspectors and all those who use our service that the training staff receive is of a very high standard and relevant to the environment they work in.
