As part of the regular quality assurance process, we invite comments/views of all those who use the service, including relatives and other professionals who give input to the home. The following comments we made by service users and relatives:-

I have lived at Blossomwood for 14 years, it is a friendly home and I like the people I live with.  I can choose the activities I want to doin the home and in the community.  The staff are nice and they listen to what I say. I feel safe living here. – Service User

I like my bedroom; I can have what I want in there.  I like watching my TV and listening to my music.  Blossomwood take me out every day, I go to college, the local clubs and I also go to watch Colchester United play football. Staff always helps me when I need it, they take me shopping when I want to go. – Service User
