Mrs Kaushali Kittle – Registered Provider, BSc.Hons in Nursing, Masters Degree and trained Social worker.

Kaushali qualified as a learning disabilities nurse in 1993 and went on to complete her nursing degree the following year. After a number of years working in a variety of learning disability settings, Kaushali decided to broaden her skills and knowledge base by training as a social worker, this was achieved and along with a Masters Degree, at the University of East Anglia, Norwich.

Mr Gary Kittle – Partner, Mental Health Nurse, Cognitive Behaviour Therapist (post Graduate diploma)

Gary qualified as a mental health nurse in 1993; he worked for three years in a secure intensive therapy unit and then on rehabilitation ward for people with severe and enduring mental health problems at Severalls Hospital, Colchester.
Gary became a community mental health nurse, this enhancing his clinical and case management skills.  He is also a qualified Cognitive Behaviour therapist.

Mr Ray Dias – Partner, Qualified nurse, B Ed, Cert Ed, 37 years experience in nursing. Over 17 years experience as a registered provider.

Ray has a long and distinguished career as a provider of high quality service for people with Learning Disabilities.

Miss Izabela Sciazko – NVQ level 4 Leadership and management, MSc in Developmental Neuropsychology.

Izabela is a psychologist and member of BPS, having graduated psychology in 2006, she started her career in health and social care with a special interest in developmental disabilities, Izabela endeavoured to specialise in this area and in 2010 she completed her MSc at the University of Essex.
